I'm a registered social worker with a decade of experience in mental health and social services. My passion and expertise lies in helping individuals and organizations cultivate wellness. I do this as an organizational consultant by developing curriculum, facilitating workshops and mental health training, and designing wellness initiatives for workplaces and post-secondary institutions. As a counsellor, I have a knack for holding space for hard feelings and building hope, bravery, and healing with youth and young adults. As a coach, I get into practical, solution-focussed action plans to help graduate students develop organizational skills and health habits to finish your dissertation, while feeling your best.
I hold a Master of Social Work from York University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University. I'm a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (#830156).
