Designing student success solutions for universities and colleges

Mira Dineen

(MSW, RSW)

Problem-solver. Strategist. Solutions-architect.

I design custom wellness and education solutions for universities and colleges.

My clients - deans, directors, managers - are usually stuck on a problem, like this:

  • How do we expand or diversify mental health services for students, with limited resources?
  • How do we launch a virtual student success skills course, during a pandemic?
  • We know our program is effective. How do we prove this to a funder?

Of course, this is only one of many problems and projects on your plate. You need a one-stop shop consultant who can skillfully glide from stakeholder consultations, to facilitation, to curriculum development, to strategic communications planning, to risk management, to evaluation.

You're in the right place. I'm a registered social worker with a decade of experience in progressive leadership roles in higher education, mental health, and social services. My expertise lies in developing programs and curriculum that promote wellness and student success. I'm also a therapist and specialize in working with 20-something women coping with anxiety and perfectionism.
